Easy ways to decorate with Cranberries

Here are a few really easy ways to use cranberries to decorate for the holidays. I love using cranberries because of their rich red colour. It is the perfect Christmas red!

Cranberries in Candles

They make an excellent mantle piece. Just add to tall vases and then put the candle in on top. Looks great with the fresh greenery.

Cranberry Ice Cubes

Large ice chips for chilling wine or champagne is a fantastic way to spice up the drinks table at any holiday event. Just put water in a tray, add cranberries, and then freeze. Once it's done and solid, break it up into small pieces. Make sure you don't put too much water in the tray, it should only be about 1/2".

Mini ice cubes are perfect for putting in your drinks! They add such a festive touch. Just put two cranberries in each ice cube and freeze. It's so easy and looks great!

Cranberry Centrepiece

These cranberry topiary spheres take no time at all to make, but they look fantastic! All you need are cranberries, toothpicks, and foam spheres in varying sizes. Start by cutting toothpicks in half and then stick the non pointy end into the foam sphere then stick the cranberry onto the pointy side. Do that until its full. You could also use a hot glue gun instead of toothpicks. To fill a large sphere it takes approximately 2 bags of cranberries. Display atop candle holders, vases, or cake stands.
